Deckhand - Greater New Orleans Area

We’re looking for motivated Deckhands to join our team and help keep America’s waterways moving. Location: Multiple Locations Pay: $200–$240 per day (based on experience) Schedule: 2-for-1 rotation What You’ll Do Deckhands perform essential physical labor aboard vessels and barges in all weather conditions. Daily responsibilities include, but not limited to: Building and breaking tow Securing boats and barges Line handling and rigging Standing lookout watches General vessel upkeep (cleaning, cooking, painting, chipping) Minor engine room tasks (oil changes, greasing, filter changes) Additional duties as directed by the Captain or Mate Why Join Us?
