Active NY State PTA license required to start the assignment. BLS certification from the American Heart Association or American Red Cross may be required. Experience working in a skilled nursing facility or long-term care setting preferred. Experience with restorative programs, transfers, gait training, wheelchair management, and ADL-focused interventions preferred. Ability to follow treatment plans established by a supervising Physical Therapist and document per facility policy. Assignment Details Facility Type: Skilled Nursing Facility. Shift Name: Days.
