FedEx Local CDL Truck Driver (Weekend Part-Time)

Job Description Job Description We are looking for an experienced CDL Class A driver to cover a dedicated Reno weekend route operating out of Stockton, CA - SNOW AND CHAIN EXPERIENCE IS REQUIRED Days: Saturday and Sunday mornings Start Time: 2:30 AM Route: Round trip Stockton - Reno - Stockton Occasional drop at Sacramento FedEx on the return leg. Will end the day in Stockton Pay: $320/day flat rate, $340/day for snow days that require chaining Route is dedicated and driver can expect work every weekend This is a great opportunity to gain consistent work and get integrated into the FedEx Ground linehaul system! Qualifications: - Valid commercial driver's license (CDL) with a clean driving record - Minimum of 1 year of verifiable Class A CDL driving experience within the last 3 years - Must have double endorsements - Must be proficient in ELDs - Perform duties such as hooking and dropping trailers - Physically qualified to operate a commercial motor vehicle and work with doubles - Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety - Strong communication skills and ability to work independently - Stockton, CA: Relocate before starting work (required) Job Type: Part-time Pay: $320.00-$340.00 per day Expected Work: 2 days per week.
