Our client, a growing company in York, is seeking an experienced HR Generalist to join their team. This hybrid role offers flexibility and strong opportunities for career growth. The ideal candidate has hands-on HR experience, particularly in employee relations and onboarding. HR Generalist Key Responsibilities Partner with managers on employee relations and performance guidance Manage onboarding, promotions, wage changes, and offboarding Ensure compliance with company policies and employment laws Support leave administration, benefits, and workers' compensation Maintain HR metrics, performance reviews, HRIS, and personnel records Contribute to employee engagement, wellness, and HR projects HR Generalist Requirements 3+ years of HR Generalist experience SHRM or PHR certification preferred Multi-location or multi-state HR experience a plus Strong communication, organization, and teamwork skills HR Generalist Benefits & Perks Competitive salary: $60-65K DOE Hybrid flexibility (Up to 4 days/week work from home) 401(k) with company match Parental leave Medical, dental, and vision coverage Company-paid life, short-term, and long-term disability Apply today!
