HR Generalist

Our client, a growing company in York, is seeking an experienced HR Generalist to join their team. This hybrid role offers flexibility and strong opportunities for career growth. The ideal candidate has hands-on HR experience, particularly in employee relations and onboarding.



HR Generalist Key Responsibilities

• Partner with managers on employee relations and performance guidance
• Manage onboarding, promotions, wage changes, and offboarding
• Ensure compliance with company policies and employment laws
• Support leave administration, benefits, and workers' compensation
• Maintain HR metrics, performance reviews, HRIS, and personnel records
• Contribute to employee engagement, wellness, and HR projects

HR Generalist Requirements

• 3+ years of HR Generalist experience
• SHRM or PHR certification preferred
• Multi-location or multi-state HR experience a plus
• Strong communication, organization, and teamwork skills
