Retail Sales Associate (PT)

Position Part‑time Sales Associate – The Grove Flagship Store, Los Angeles, CA. Store opening July2026. Compensation $18‑20 per hour (experience based). Responsibilities Deliver outstanding customer service by greeting and engaging customers, asking thoughtful questions to understand their needs, and recommending products. Measure and fit customers, answer questions, and resolve concerns in a professional and timely manner. Represent New Balance brand values – integrity, teamwork, and total customer satisfaction. Process sales transactions accurately. Maintain an organized and well‑stocked floor; ensure merchandise is properly labeled, priced, and displayed. Support loss‑prevention efforts. Qualifications & Experience Must be at least 18 years of age. Strong customer‑service mindset; ability to greet customers, communicate clearly and professionally with customers and teammates. Availability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays. Physical requirements: Ability to lift between 4‑8lbs; ability to move or assist with moving product up to 50lbs. Ability to stand for extended periods; kneel, squat, and climb ladders or stairs as needed. Preferred prior experience working in a retail or customer‑facing environment.
