Job Title

Travel Registered Nurse – Operating Room Circulator

Location

Crestview, Florida

Schedule / Job Type

Contract | 13-Week Travel Assignment | Days – Four 10-hour shifts (6:30 AM – 5:00 PM) with on-call requirement

Key Responsibilities

• Demonstrate critical thinking, scientific judgment, and leadership in anticipating and planning patient care within the operating room
• Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesiologists, surgical technologists, and other personnel to deliver safe, high-quality patient care in accordance with State Nurse Practice Act, AORN standards, and facility policies
• Ensure appropriate supplies are available and cases proceed in a timely manner
• Communicate with patients' families and serve as a liaison throughout the surgical episode
• Maintain and update physician preference cards as needed
• Scrub and assist physicians during surgical cases and supervise personnel involved in patient care delivery

Required Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Minimum 2 years of Operating Room Circulator experience
• Current ACLS certification (AHA or American Red Cross)
• Current BLS certification (AHA or American Red Cross)
• Current PALS certification (AHA or American Red Cross)
• Robotics experience required

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience working in a high-volume or acute care surgical environment
• Familiarity with a variety of surgical specialties and procedures
