Production WorkerBuild your future with VoltVolt is immediately hiring for Production Workers in Antigo, WI.As an Sawmill Production Worker you will:Work with heavy lumber and raw materials in a fast-paced sawmill environmentOperate saws, conveyors, and other production equipment to cut and process wood safely and accuratelyLoad, stack, and move lumber throughout the mill using proper techniques and equipmentKeep production lines running by feeding materials, clearing jams, and monitoring outputInspect products for quality and report any issues to supervisors immediatelyFollow strict safety protocols and maintain a clean, hazard-free work areaComplete production paperwork and records accurately and on timeThis is a full time opportunity.The ideal candidate will have:Ability to stand and work on your feet for 8 hours at a timeWillingness to work in varying temperatures and dusty conditionsStrength to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly throughout the shiftAbility to use a tape measure and basic hand toolsPhysical stamina for bending, pushing, pulling, and moving heavy materialsDependable attendance and a strong work ethicPay Rate: $15.00 per hourHours: M-Th: 6:00am - 3:30pm, F: 6:00am - 10am*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.Benefits: Volt offers benefits (based on eligibility) that include the following: health, dental, vision, term life, short term disability, AD&D, 401(k), Sick time, and other types of paid leaves (as required by law), Employee Assistance Program (EAP).Volt is an Equal Opportunity Employer and prohibits any kind of unlawful discrimination and harassment.
