Advisor Onboarding Specialist

Kestra Financial seeks an Onboarding Consultant to manage the transition of new financial advisors and their teams to the Kestra platform. You will serve as the primary point of contact, coordinating tasks across multiple departments to ensure a smooth, timely transfer of books of business. You will run weekly meetings, educate firms on Kestra policies, and use Salesforce/SharePoint to track progress and documentation.
