The Bioprocess Account Manager is responsible for managing assigned customer and distributor accounts while supporting Cytiva's commercial strategy across the bioprocess portfolio. This role acts as a key commercial contact, working collaboratively with internal teams and channel partners to deliver value-based solutions aligned with customer needs and business objectives.

What You Will Do:

• Manage assigned customer and distributor accounts to support sales growth, customer satisfaction, and market presence.
• Execute account plans and sales activities aligned with Cytiva's commercial strategy and defined targets.
• Collaborate with sales specialists and technical teams to support solution-based selling and design-in activities.
• Identify, track, and progress opportunities, including forecasting, quotations, and CRM updates.
• Ensure compliance with Cytiva policies while sharing market insights and supporting digital sales processes.

Who You Are:

• Bachelor's degree in Biotechnology, Bioengineering, Life Sciences, Chemistry, Molecular Biology, Business Administration, or a related field
• Several years of experience in Account Management or Sales, preferably within the Biotechnology or Life Sciences industry
• Experience supporting customer and/or distributor relationships in a commercial role
• Experience working within cross-functional or matrix organizations
• Fluent English and local language
