Senior Annuity Product Consultant

To support the development of innovative annuity products, the full-time Senior Annuity Product Consultant will manage product initiatives and represent Annuity Product Development on cross-company teams, working in a hybrid environment that allows for both remote and onsite collaboration. Key responsibilities Partner with Distribution and key stakeholders to create and enhance annuity product offerings Lead cross-functional sessions to drive product design and pricing, ensuring alignment with strategic goals Manage the existing block of in-force annuity business and address ad-hoc product requests Required qualifications Bachelor's degree preferred Minimum of 5+ years of experience in annuity product development or related fields Strong knowledge of annuity products and the annuity industry Proven analytical capabilities and financial acumen Excellent negotiation skills and ability to cultivate strategic relationships
