About the Position The Trimmer is a skilled, integral role on our team, delivering the grooming expertise and quality clips that keep our members’ dogs looking and feeling their best. This position requires: At least 1 year of grooming experience or graduation from a grooming school Knowledge of dog breeds, care standards, and tools of the trade Strength to lift up to 70 pounds; stamina to stand for long periods of time Reliable transportation Willingness to work in a smoke-free environment Who We’re Looking For We’re searching for a confident dog groomer who genuinely loves grooming dogs. A successful Trimmer is knowledgeable, perceptive, patient, adaptable, and a compassionate dog lover. We’re looking for someone motivated to join a growing team — and to grow into leadership as we build out 10 more Scenthound locations across Seattle.
