Program Control Analyst

University of Dayton Research Institute (UDRI) is hiring a Program Control Analyst. This role manages the full lifecycle of sponsored research administration, including setting up projects, preparing invoices, analyzing financial reports, and ensuring compliance with accounting and federal audit requirements. Highlights Manage sponsored research projects through program control and financial oversight. Prepare and submit interim and final invoices for government contracts. Analyze reconciliation and control reports, and perform project closeout activities. Leverage industry best practices to maintain compliance with accounting standards and federal sponsor audit requirements. Require advanced Microsoft Excel skills and basic Microsoft Office proficiency. Experience with invoicing and analyzing federal government contracts including Cost Plus, T&M, and FFP contracts. Knowledge of various government financial systems, accounting procedures, and Joint Travel Regulations. Preferred knowledge of Deltek Costpoint software. Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance or four years’ government billing experience; three years relevant experience required.
