Family Medicine Residency Program Director

A growing academic health system in Southwest Michigan is seeking a Family Medicine Residency Program Director to lead an established community-based residency program. Ideal for a physician educator ready to step into residency leadership, pursue a new professional challenge, or make a lasting impact during the next chapter of an academic career. The incoming leader will help shape program culture, mentor residents and faculty, and guide the program's continued growth and success.

Position Highlights :

Established Program, Meaningful Impact: Lead a respected residency program with the opportunity to shape its future.
Leadership & Mentorship: Guide resident education, faculty development, recruitment, and program strategy.
Clinical Flexibility: Outpatient-only or hybrid practice options available.
Outstanding Lifestyle: No routine call, nights, or obstetric responsibilities.

Compensation & Benefits :

Exceptional Compensation: Total earning potential of $300,000+, including an annual Program Director leadership stipend.
