Job Opportunity: RN Medical Surgical Registered Nurse

Our organization is currently looking for a dedicated RN Medical Surgical Registered Nurse to deliver exceptional, patient-focused care to adult patients in a medical-surgical setting. This is a full-time, on-site position based in Rochester, NH.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough patient assessments to determine individual needs.
• Design and implement tailored care plans based on patient evaluations.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Monitor and document patient progress and status closely.
• Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to ensure coordinated care.
• Educate patients and their families about health management and care processes.
• Facilitate safe and timely discharges for patients.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Current RN license in the state of New Hampshire.
• Experience in a medical-surgical environment is preferred.
• Strong assessment and critical thinking skills.
