The Role

​We are looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Landscaper with at least 3 years of professional experience to join our crew. This isn't just a "mow and go" position; we take pride in high-quality property maintenance and installation. You’ll be expected to hit the ground running, lead by example, and ensure every job site looks pristine before the truck leaves.

​ Key Responsibilities

• ​ Precision Mowing: Expertly operate Zero-Turn mowers , stand-on units, and walk-behinds on both residential and commercial properties.
• ​ Detail Work: Perform high-quality string trimming (weed-eating), crisp edging, and thorough leaf/debris blowing.
• ​ Horticultural Care: Pruning shrubs and small trees, weeding garden beds, and applying mulch or pine straw with an eye for aesthetics.
• ​ Equipment Maintenance: Perform basic daily checks on equipment (fluids, blade sharpness, cleaning) to ensure everything stays in top shape.
• ​ Site Safety: Maintain a safe workspace for yourself, the crew, and the public.

​ Requirements & Qualifications

• ​ Experience: Minimum of 3 years in professional landscaping. You should be able to navigate a Zero-Turn around tight obstacles with total confidence.
• ​ Physical Stamina: Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions, lift up to 50 lbs, and remain on your feet for long shifts.
• ​ Reliability: A track record of showing up on time and ready to work.
• ​ License: A valid Driver’s License (clean driving record preferred for driving crew trucks/trailers).
• ​ Knowledge: Familiarity with local plant life and proper pruning seasons is a major plus.
