We’re more than just a distributor; we’re a team dedicated to innovation, service excellence, and lasting customer relationships.We are looking for a Regional Director of Operations to lead multiple branch locations, drive operational excellence, and build a culture centered on safety, accountability, and continuous improvement.Why Join RelaDyne?Competitive compensationComprehensive benefits including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, disability, HSA, and 401(k) with company matchGenerous PTO and paid holidaysCareer growth with an industry leaderCollaborative leadership team with opportunities to make a significant impactWhat You'll DoAs the Regional Director of Operations, you'll provide strategic leadership for multiple branch locations, ensuring safe, efficient, and customer-focused operations while driving financial performance and employee engagement.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and develop branch leadership teams, fostering a culture of safety, accountability, and operational excellence.Oversee daily operations across multiple locations to ensure consistent execution of company standards and service expectations.Drive continuous improvement initiatives that increase productivity, reduce costs, and improve operational efficiency.Champion workplace safety and ensure compliance with OSHA, DOT, and all applicable federal, state, and local regulations.Partner with Sales, Supply Chain, HR, Finance, and other cross-functional teams to support business objectives.Manage regional operating budgets, P&L performance, forecasting, and cost control initiatives.Monitor operational KPIs and implement action plans to achieve performance goals.Ensure facilities, fleet, inventory, and equipment are maintained to support safe and efficient operations.Develop talent through coaching, performance management, succession planning, and employee development.Lead the implementation of corporate initiatives and serve as a champion for organizational change.Ability to travel up to 50%What We're Looking ForBachelor's degree in Business, Operations Management, Supply Chain, or a related field.8+ years of progressive operations leadership experience.Experience leading multiple locations or regional operations.Demonstrated success managing P&L performance, budgets, and operational metrics.Strong leadership, coaching, and team development skills.Experience driving continuous improvement and operational excellence initiatives.Strong analytical, financial, and problem-solving abilities.Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.Ability to influence cross-functional teams and lead through change.Proficiency with business systems, reporting tools, and Microsoft Office.Preferred QualificationsBackground in industrial distribution, manufacturing, logistics, transportation, or a related industrySafety-Sensitive Position Notice:This position is designated as safety sensitive.
