Looking for someone that is very responsible, accountable and mature. Needs someone that can push themselves (self-starter). Need to delivery and drive projects without being reminded. Capability to analyze platforms and come up with roadmap for the platform. Personal characteristics are more important than technology.Looking for a mature solution architect. Needs to understand technology. Come from dev background in.NET and understands how read and write.NET code to create POC's. Not writing code in delivery.
