Prep Cook

Job Details Avli is looking for a full-time lead prep cook. Our ideal candidate will have the following skills: Positive attitude Punctuality Experience prepping a wide variety of cuisines Experience cooking seafood and proteins Desire to learn culinary techniquesMaintain high culinary standard Daily set and prepare a wide variety of prep lists Job Duties: Prepare all food items for the daily menu of an events team offering a variety of cuisines in a sanitary and timely manner. Follow recipes, portion controls, and presentation specifications as set by the restaurant. Ability to read and interpret prep lists and prepare to required quantities Responsible for the correct food preparation of each recipe Receive and store product on a daily basis including meat, seafood, produce, dry goods, and beverages Clean and maintain prep area in practicing good safety, sanitation, organizational skills. Assist with the cleaning, sanitation, and organization of kitchen, walk-in coolers, and all storage areas. May perform other duties as assigned. Job Schedule: Must be available to work various hours, days, and shifts, including nights and weekends. Primarily a daytime shift. #J-18808-Ljbffr Avli Restaurant
