Position: Fitness Instructor Assistant and/or Trainer

Lift and Love Fitness is looking for a passionate, energetic, and enthusiastic individual to join our growing team as a  Fitness Instructor Assistant and/or Trainer . In this role, you'll support our lead instructors in delivering top-tier fitness classes and personal training sessions while fostering a welcoming, motivating, and empowering environment for all members.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support lead instructors during group classes, personal training sessions, and Bootcamp-style workouts.
• Assist members with form correction, spotting, and technique adjustments to ensure safe and effective workouts.
• Set up and organize equipment before classes and help maintain a clean, safe training environment throughout sessions.
• Motivate and engage members to help them stay energized, confident, and on track with their fitness goals.
• Demonstrate proper exercise form and offer modifications to accommodate different fitness levels and abilities.
• Track member progress and provide updates or concerns to lead instructors when needed.
• Promote a positive, inclusive atmosphere and professionally handle any member questions or concerns.
• Collaborate with the team by attending staff meetings and sharing ideas to improve the member experience and enhance class programming.

Qualifications:

• A genuine passion for fitness, health, and helping others.
• Previous experience in a fitness, coaching, or gym setting is preferred but not required.
• Working knowledge of exercise techniques, gym equipment, and basic safety practices.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and motivate clients.
• Energetic, positive, and approachable personality.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to demonstrate and perform various exercises with proper form.
• Must be able to stand, move, and remain physically active for extended periods.

Schedule:

• Flexibility to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and some holidays is required.
