• Shift: Full-time (40 hours/week), 8-hour shifts
• Experience: Must be at least board eligible
• Certifications: Licensure required (status to be verified)
• Compensation: $115.00/hour

What You'll Do:

• Conduct psychological evaluations and assessments for inmates
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary mental health team
• Develop and adjust individualized treatment plans based on assessments
• Perform routine mental health rounds in confined areas
• Provide crisis intervention and mental health counseling
• Document findings in accordance with facility procedures
• Participate in team meetings to coordinate inmate care

What You Need:

• Current licensure or eligibility for license in Tennessee or relevant state
• Experience conducting psychological assessments and providing therapy
• Knowledge of correctional mental health treatment preferred
• Strong communication and teamwork skills

This role is based at a leading facility in Hartsville, Tennessee, providing essential mental health services within a correctional setting. The psychologist will work as part of a dedicated mental health team, delivering high-quality care to inmates in need. The position starts on 09/28/2026 and runs through 04/30/2027, offering a meaningful opportunity to contribute to inmate mental health and rehabilitation efforts.
