Manufacturing Full-Time Requisition #: ADMIN002499 Supervisor : Jeremy LeGary Description Essential Duties and Responsibilities This person will be our first point of contact with our customers as they enter our facility and phone in. This position will perform reception and various office administrative duties to support our daily operations and reception duties as required, answer phone calls, and greet our customers and visitors. Answer and direct incoming calls Order assistance – date orders and send confirmations Enter Trim and Coil ID Mark Will-Calls ready for pick-up, notifying customers UPS shipping Maintain color chips stock and labeling Maintain office and kitchen supplies, notifying purchasing staff when items are needed Always maintaining a professional appearance and demeanor. Special Projects and other duties as assigned Skills, Qualifications & Abilities Strong customer service skills and social skills Excellent organizational skills are needed to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and maintain a tidy workspace. Telephone etiquette, customer service, and social skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail Proficient in Microsoft Office or related software A friendly and professional demeanor, with the ability to handle inquiries and resolve issues effectively.
