• Position: Locum Tenens Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA)
• Location: Flagstaff, Arizona
• Schedule: 4 x 12-hour day shifts
• Hours Per Week: 36
• Estimated Weekly Pay: $6,770 - $7,140
• Setting: Hospital anesthesia team
• Case Mix: Orthopedic, trauma, general, spine, neuro, cath lab, ambulatory, and endoscopy
• Charting/Systems: Cerner and SaAnesthesia
• Orientation: Approximately 4 hours prior to start
• Assignment Length: 13-week locum tenens contract

CRNA Job Requirements

• Board Certified Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA)
• Active Arizona CRNA license required
• Minimum of 1 year of recent hospital CRNA experience required
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications required
• Strong recent case logs and current clinical practice history preferred
• Ability to support a high-volume surgical and procedural environment
• COVID-19 and flu vaccination required, with exemptions reviewed case by case

Responsibilities

• Provide safe, effective anesthesia care across a broad range of surgical and procedural cases
• Work efficiently in a fast-paced hospital setting with multiple operating rooms
• Deliver anesthesia services for complex cases including trauma, neuro, spine, and general surgery
• Document patient care accurately using Cerner and SaAnesthesia
• Participate in the required pre-start orientation and maintain timely clinical documentation
• Collaborate with physicians, surgeons, and perioperative team members to support excellent patient care
