Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) or a comparable degree from an accredited institution

Current state licensure as a Physical Therapist

CPR certification preferred

Additional specialized certifications (e.g., geriatric, orthopedic) are advantageous but not mandatory

Prior experience is highly preferred
