As an RBT at Lighthouse, you can expect to: Deliver One-on-One ABA Therapy: Work with children ranging from 18 months to school age, using your expertise to provide personalized therapy. Collaborate with a Multidisciplinary Team: Develop and implement customized therapy plans with the support of our skilled team. Apply Creativity in Therapy: Use advanced techniques in our play-based and naturalistic therapy environment. Guide Children's Progress: Help children succeed in educational and social settings, preparing them for successful transitions. Document and Track Development: Contribute to each child's therapy program by meticulously documenting their progress. Requirements Candidates must be 18 years or older to be considered for this position. Associate or Bachelor’s degree highly preferred. Physical requirements: Lifting/carrying more than 50 lbs.; ability to sustain impact to body (i.e., being hit, etc.) in any area; running, crouching, squatting, and ability to kneel for sustained periods of time; bending at the waist to touch knees and/or toes; full range of motion of hands and arms; sitting on the floor and chair for long periods of time; ability to move quickly from standing to seated or kneeling position without support; communicate expressively and receptively both verbally and in writing. Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license preferred. Important Note: Safety is a priority at Lighthouse.
