Senior Designer

We are seeking a Senior Designer to lead creative and execution across diverse client portfolios while managing creative talent and driving innovative design solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Creative Leadership Lead concept development and strategic design thinking, set creative direction for assigned accounts, and partner with executives on agency-wide creative initiatives.

Client Relations Serve as primary creative contact for assigned accounts, present work confidently to clients, and build relationships through creative excellence and strategic thinking.

Project Execution Contribute to end-to-end creative execution across multiple concurrent projects, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and maintain high standards within scope and timeline requirements.

Operations Partner with project management on briefs and resource allocation, contribute to strategic staff planning, and balance short-term deliverables with long-term objectives.

Creative Focus Areas

• Brand & Identity: Brand systems, style guides, visual brand strategy
• Marketing Collateral: Campaign development, promotional materials, integrated communications

What We're Looking For

• 5-7 years design experience (Substantial time spent within an agency is required)
• Exceptional design skills with expertise across digital media
• Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey design concepts to clients and stakeholders.
• Strategic thinking combined with hands-on creative execution
• Experience collaborating on resource planning with project management and creative operations
• Ability to elevate creative standards while mentoring team members
