Location: Porterville, CA

Pay Rate: $17.50 per hour

Language Requirement: Bilingual

• Perform general labor duties as assigned.
• Assist with loading, unloading, moving, and organizing materials.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
• Follow all workplace safety guidelines and company procedures.
• Assist team members with daily operations and production tasks.
• Complete assigned tasks efficiently while maintaining quality standards.

• Previous general labor experience required.
• Bilingual communication skills required.
• Ability to follow instructions and work well with a team.
• Reliable, punctual, and willing to learn.
• Ability to perform physical tasks, including standing, bending, lifting, and moving materials as needed.
