Orthodontic Dental Assistant Health Advocates Network is currently seeking an Orthodontic Dental Assistant to work at a facility in Little Rock, AR. Pay Rate: $20 / hour Duties: Job Summary: As an Orthodontic Assistant you will play a key role in delivering exceptional patient care by assisting the doctor in orthodontic procedures, treatment planning, and patient education. You will help maintain a well-organized practice by preparing treatment rooms, sterilizing instruments, assisting in procedures and ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory standards. Job Responsibilities: Prepare treatment rooms and sterilize instruments for orthodontic procedures. Assist the doctor with patient treatment, positioning instruments, and handling orthodontic appliances. Educate patients on treatment plans, post-procedure care, and oral hygiene. Manage patient scheduling and assist with front-office tasks as needed. Support dentists and staff with treatment planning, billing, and insurance matters. Ensure accurate submission of expenses and invoices. Maintain office inventory, including supplies and equipment. Address patient and employee concerns professionally. Contribute to a positive, team-oriented work environment. OR -One year of hands-on experience as a Dental Assistant. Preferred Education: -N/A Required Certifications & Licensure: -CPR card. -Registered Dental Assistant. -X-Ray certification.
