FIRY is hiring a Senior People Business Partner to partner with leaders across our Las Vegas-based teams. You will drive retention, reduce attrition, and implement data-informed people strategies. You’ll own performance life cycle processes, coach managers, lead onboarding/off-boarding, and advance scaling initiatives, with a strong emphasis on efficiency and risk management. Requirements include 6+ years in a People/HR Business Partner role, a bachelor’s in HR or business, and experience with #J-18808-Ljbffr
