Senior Program Manager [ML-15033]

A leading aerospace manufacturing organization is looking to add an experienced Program Manager to its growing team. This person will be tasked with leading complex, design-to-spec development programs from concept through full production. The role will focus on driving structured program execution, improving processes, and strengthening customer relationships. This is an excellent opportunity for a seasoned leader to influence the maturity of program management and mentor cross-functional teams in a high-growth environment. The Role Lead the execution of new product development programs, ensuring delivery against cost, schedule, and technical objectives Drive cross-functional collaboration across engineering, manufacturing, procurement, and testing teams using a structured phase-gate process Monitor program performance (schedule, budget, scope, risks) and proactively resolve issues impacting delivery Serve as the primary customer interface, maintaining strong relationships and ensuring alignment with contract scope The Candidate Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical preferred) or Business; MBA or formal program management training is preferred. 7+ years of progressive experience leading complex programs, ideally within aerospace or advanced manufacturing environments. Strong experience with structured program management methodologies (Phase Gate, Lean, Six Sigma, EVMS). Technical familiarity with manufacturing processes such as CNC machining, welding, fabrication, and working with advanced metals.
