Construction Contracts & Compliance Specialist
CIMCO Refrigeration Inc.
CIMCO Refrigeration Inc. seeks a Contract Administrator to support compliance and project execution across multiple states from the Chesapeake service office. You will manage licenses, permits, certified payrolls, and prequalification packages while supporting SAP transactions and month-end close. This role interfaces with Construction, Service, and Accounting teams. The ideal candidate has 3+ years in contract administration, knowledge of Davis‑Bacon or state public works wage requirements, and #J-18808-Ljbffr CIMCO Refrigeration Inc.
