MRI Technologist - Night Shift

This is a 13-week contract position.

Night 5x8-Hour (16:00 - 00:00). On-call required for 1 or 2 nights per week and every 5th weekend.

Job Description

The MRI Technologist will perform MRI examinations, ensure patient safety, and maintain high-quality imaging standards. Must demonstrate expertise in operating Philips MRI equipment and processing images efficiently in accordance with hospital protocols.

Responsibilities

• Conduct MRI examinations for diverse patient populations, including neonates, adolescents, adults, and geriatrics.
• Maintain equipment and ensure cleanliness to meet safety standards.
• Follow procedures for isolation precautions and imaging protocols.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive patient care.
• Utilize Centricity for accurate imaging documentation and reporting.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• 2 years of MRI experience required.
• ARRT (R) (MR) certification mandatory.
• BLS certification required.
• Experience in Level I trauma settings preferred.
• Philips MRI experience is a plus.
