• Provide direct patient care to residents, including assistance with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming

• Assist with vital signs, medication administration, and reporting changes to the nursing staff

• Maintain a safe and clean environment, adhering to infection control protocols and ensuring a comfortable living space for residents

• Collaborate with the nursing staff to develop and implement individualized care plans

• Participate in ongoing education and training to stay up-to-date on best practices and industry developments
