Marketing Manager

Ringside Talent is seeking a Marketing Manager to own and execute the company's marketing initiatives. This is a hands-on role responsible for strengthening the Ringside brand, increasing market visibility, and supporting business growth through digital marketing, content, email campaigns, sales enablement, and events. Key Responsibilities Own and execute Ringside's marketing strategy, initiatives, and marketing calendar. Manage digital marketing efforts, including SEO, website content, and strategies to increase traffic and visibility. Own Ringside's social media presence, including LinkedIn, content creation, posting, and engagement. Write and publish blogs, market insights, company updates, and other thought-leadership content. Develop and execute email marketing campaigns and newsletters for clients, prospects, candidates, and consultants. Partner with sales teams to create sales enablement materials, presentations, service overviews, case studies, and targeted campaigns that help generate and win business. Plan and execute client events, company events, sponsorships, and other brand-building opportunities. Maintain brand consistency across all marketing, sales materials, digital channels, events, and external communications. Track and report on marketing performance, including website traffic, SEO, email engagement, and social media results. Professionally executed events that strengthen client relationships and brand awareness. Ideal Background Experience in marketing, communications, or digital marketing. Strong writing, content creation, and communication skills. Experience with social media, SEO, email marketing, and digital platforms. Ability to create effective sales and marketing materials. Strong project management and organizational skills. Detail-oriented with a strong eye for brand consistency and quality. Comfortable owning initiatives and executing in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
