Commercial HVAC Project Manager

Snapshot / Role Overview:
We're seeking a Commercial HVAC Project Manager in Denver to manage the full lifecycle of commercial mechanical projects across the Front Range.

Impact:
- Deliver complex HVAC installations on time and within budget for commercial clients.
- Build lasting relationships with general contractors and building owners.
- Drive operational efficiency through proactive project planning and execution.
- Contribute to regional growth through successful project outcomes.

Responsibilities:
- Manage commercial HVAC projects from preconstruction through warranty and closeout.
- Develop project budgets, schedules, and resource plans.
- Procure materials and negotiate subcontracts with trade partners.
- Conduct regular project meetings with clients, architects, and general contractors.
- Review shop drawings, submittals, and engineering documents for accuracy.
- Coordinate with field superintendents on installation planning and sequencing.
- Track job costs, process change orders, and prepare monthly projections.
- Ensure all work complies with applicable codes, safety standards, and contract requirements.

Compensation and Logistics:
Competitive salary depending on experience; benefits include health insurance, PTO, and paid holidays. This is a full-time role based in the Denver metro area.
