You will play a vital role in bridging both teller and platform services, ensuring that customers' needs are met efficiently. Your role will require you to understand their banking needs and recommend solutions to help them achieve their financial goals.Key ResponsibilitiesCustomer Transactions: Process a variety of banking transactions for customers, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.Sales and Service: Make outbound calls to generate sales, open accounts, and recommend the best products and services based on customer needs.Referral Duties: Direct customers to the appropriate departments or subsidiaries for additional services.Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships by providing timely follow-ups, answering questions, and resolving concerns.
