Create estimates and coordinate repair needs for customers Handle all customer and insurance-company communication throughout the repair process Inform and update customers and insurance companies throughout repairs Accurately assess vehicle damage and document needed repairs and parts replacement on damage appraisals Document every customer interaction accurately and efficiently Provide accurate and timely repair-process information and excellent customer service Ensure compliance with insurance client requirements, processes, metrics, and WOW Operating Ways Communicate customer requests and needs to appropriate team members Greet customers positively in person and by phone Participate in daily production walks with the Management Team Support team members as required Participate in monthly Health & Safety and staff meetings when required Attend training, information sessions, and workshops recommended by the Store Manager Requirements Knowledge of Repairs and OE Guidelines High School Diploma or equivalent Awareness of where to look for answers Basic Computer Skills Compliance for DRP’s Minimum of 1-year experience Must be willing to complete I-CAR Training Valid Driver’s License Core Competencies Demonstrates expertise in vehicle damage assessment, repair coordination, and customer communication while ensuring compliance with insurance requirements.
