Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive initial assessments to understand clients’ needs and create individualized treatment plans that align with therapeutic goals.

• Facilitate engaging teletherapy sessions using secure platforms that ensure client confidentiality and comfort during meetings.

• Professionally document sessions, treatment plans, and client progress in our secure care management system to uphold ethical standards and provide continuity of care.

• Engage in ongoing professional development, attending workshops or pursuing further education to stay updated on the latest therapy methodologies and mental health trends.

Qualifications\n

• Must possess a valid state license as a Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) or comparable credential (LMFT, LCSW, LCSW-R).
