Peninsula Post-Acute is seeking an experienced Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our dedicated nursing team. Key Responsibilities

Resident Care & Support

• Provide high-quality, compassionate care while assisting residents with daily living activities.
• Support resident comfort, safety, dignity, and independence.
• Monitor and report changes in resident conditions to the nursing team.
• Assist with mobility, personal hygiene, meals, and restorative care programs.

Communication & Teamwork

• Build positive relationships with residents, families, and healthcare team members.
• Collaborate with nurses and therapists to deliver exceptional patient outcomes.
• Maintain accurate documentation and follow established care plans.
• Contribute to a positive, resident-focused team environment.

Professional Standards

• Follow all facility policies, infection control procedures, and safety guidelines.
• Maintain resident confidentiality and comply with HIPAA regulations.
• Demonstrate reliability, professionalism, and a strong work ethic.
• Support the facility's commitment to excellence in skilled nursing care.

Qualifications

• Active California CNA Certification required
• Minimum 2 year of CNA experience preferred
• Skilled nursing, post-acute, or long-term care experience strongly preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Compassionate, dependable, and team-oriented
