Your scope includes: Drive optimal management of occupational health and safety, target production sequence and product compliance with quality standards. Monitor operating parameters while developing action plans to close performance gaps and resolve challenges. Engage employees through meaningful interactions, ongoing communications, and a team approach toward meeting production goals while nurturing a culture of continuous improvement. Achieve operational efficiency objectives associated with your business unit’s strategy by optimizing available resources, rigorously applying business processes and establishing an effective communication and leadership system. Support workforce planning, scheduling and approval of weekly hours worked. Manage performance in support of achieving KPI’s and team objectives. What You Bring You're a natural fit for Production Supervisor if you have: High School Diploma, bachelor’s degree preferred in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Technology or Business Administration. A combination of education and experience will be considered. Willing to work 10:00pm - 6:00am Sunday - Thursday with occasional additional support where needed as the business grows. 3+ years' experience in leadership and lean continuous improvement processes in a manufacturing environment. Leadership and a collaborative spirit that inspire and engage teams to achieve excellence. Ability to solve problems and prioritize daily tasks in a fast-paced environment.
