We are looking for a dedicated Physical Therapist to join an outpatient rehabilitation team in Lee's Summit, MO. The role focuses on individualized, one-on-one treatment designed to improve mobility, reduce pain, and help patients return to the activities they enjoy.

This opportunity is suitable for both new graduates and experienced clinicians who value patient relationships, hands-on care, and ongoing professional development.

Responsibilities include evaluating patients and creating personalized plans of care, treating musculoskeletal conditions, joint dysfunction, sports injuries, and movement limitations, providing manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, and functional rehabilitation, tracking outcomes and modifying treatment plans to support recovery, educating patients on injury prevention and home exercise programs, and completing clinical documentation and working collaboratively with colleagues.

Qualifications include a current Missouri Physical Therapy license or eligibility to obtain one, strong communication, clinical reasoning, and patient-management skills, interest in individualized, hands-on outpatient care, and encouragement for new graduates and experienced Physical Therapists to apply. Experience with spinal or joint mobilization, ART, DNS, Graston/FAKTR, dry needling where licensed and trained, McKenzie Method, or Blood Flow Restriction is a plus.
