Litigation Strategy & Management Lead (Remote | United States)

Compensation: $120,000–$150,000 base salary plus equity. Our client, an AI-powered legal technology startup, is hiring a Litigation Strategy & Management Lead to own and scale how mass arbitration and mass action cases are identified, evaluated, and operationalized. This is a ground-floor role at the intersection of legal strategy, operations, and AI-ideal for someone who enjoys building systems, leading teams, and turning legal judgment into scalable execution.
