Information Systems Supervisor - TS/SCI w/Poly

Responsibilities Assist with manager duties to include timesheet approvals and evaluations of team members. Assist with training and daily learning of skills when needed. Assist with any meetings that the Manager or other supervisor cannot attend. Assist with keeping knowledge base articles and data for technicians up to date and disseminating information to the team to help close tickets. Assist technicians with improving productivity when they are below standard. Qualifications Education: Bachelor of Arts or Bachelor of Science. Experience: 5+ years of related experience. Security clearance level: TS/SCI with Polygraph. US citizenship required. Work with customer technology and support requirements. Work with the technology industry. Possess strong communication skills to effectively interact with team members, all levels of management within the company, and the client. Collaboration, planning, and supervision skills.
