Job Duties Craft Tailored Treatment Plans: Assess each patient's unique needs and create individualized therapy strategies to support their recovery objectives. Implement Therapeutic Strategies: Apply evidence-based interventions to improve patients' motor skills, cognitive functions, and daily living capabilities. Collaborate with Multidisciplinary Teams: Work alongside a network of OTs, PTs, STs, physicians, and nursing staff to deliver rounded and comprehensive care. Educate Patients and Families: Instruct patients and their caregivers on therapeutic techniques to facilitate progress at home. Track Progress: Monitor clinical advancements and modify treatments as necessary to keep patients on the path to success.
