The facility operates as a rural tribal health clinic delivering clinic-based primary care services to patients of all ages. The clinic functions within a government-affiliated structure and maintains established clinical protocols to support consistent care delivery. Clinical workflows are structured to address the primary care needs of the population served, with the clinician operating as a solo provider on site.

The assignment area offers access to natural landscapes and outdoor recreation suited to varied interests. The surrounding region provides opportunities for wildlife viewing, fishing, and exploration of the remote natural environment characteristic of this area.

Clinicians will provide clinic-based primary care services to patients of all ages at an on-site rural tribal health clinic, working Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM on a day shift schedule. The expected caseload is 16 patients per month, and clinical responsibilities encompass the evaluation and management of primary care conditions across all age groups. Prescriptive authority is required for this assignment.
