We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cardiac Sonographer I to join our healthcare team. In this role, you will perform diagnostic ultrasound procedures to assess cardiac function and assist physicians in diagnosing and treating heart conditions. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in sonographic techniques, excellent patient care skills, and a commitment to delivering high-quality imaging services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct transthoracic and transesophageal echocardiograms following established protocols.
• Prepare patients for procedures, ensuring comfort and safety throughout the examination.
• Operate ultrasound equipment to capture clear and accurate cardiac images.
• Collaborate with cardiologists and other healthcare professionals to interpret imaging results.
• Maintain detailed and accurate patient records and documentation.
• Adhere to all safety and infection control guidelines.
• Participate in continuing education and training to stay current with advancements in cardiac sonography.

Qualifications:

• Certification in Diagnostic Cardiac Sonography (RDCS) or equivalent preferred.
• Knowledge of cardiac anatomy, physiology, and pathology.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced clinical environment.
• Commitment to patient-centered care and professionalism.
