Java Developer – Job Description 5+ years of experience in Java development with strong understanding of OOP principles and design patterns Hands-on experience with Spring ecosystem (Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Spring Data) Ability to write clean, efficient, and maintainable code Experience in system design, application development, testing, and production support Strong debugging skills in large-scale enterprise environments Proficiency in database querying (SQL) and modern programming practices Good understanding of SDLC and agile methodologies (CI/CD, resiliency, security) Exposure to cloud / AI / ML or other modern technologies is a plus Nice to Have: Experience with Apache Spark Why BCforward?
