The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Quality Engineering, automation, test data management, and SDLC/Dev-Ops. This role will serve as a domain expert on automation, QA tools, and Test Management techniques, and will provide consultation on complex testing strategies for the organization QA/QE experience establishing best practices SDLC Agile experience Financial service testing experience **Top 3 Nice-to-Haves:** Prior Middle office experience JiRA/X-Ray experience **Additional Information:** * The ideal candidate will have at least 7 years of experience in QA, with a strong background in leadership and hands-on experience 3B Staffing LLC
