Requisition ID: 4668ERP Eligible?: YesERP amount: $10,000Relocation: PossibleType: LeaderShift: 1Clearance Prior to Start: Interim SecretFinal Clearance: SecretPay Transparency: $104900.00 - $194700.00Experience Level: Experienced ProfessionalFT/PT/Casual: FullTimeDepartment: LM Aeronautics Co- Fort WorthBusiness Unit: LM Aeronautics Co- Fort WorthStandard Job DescriptionYou will be the Aeronautical Engineering Associate Manager for the Design Process Integration Team which is responsible for shaping engineering design policies, procedures, and tool usage across Lockheed Martin Aeronautics.As the Aeronautical Engineering Associate Manager you will be responsible for leading first‑line engineering and Design Process Integration efforts, driving process innovation, and ensuring rigorous documentation standards.Basic Qualifications- Experience in one or more aircraft/air vehicle engineering release and change systems or drawing/document systems used by AMMM, IFG, ADP, or F-35 business areas such as Dassault 3DX (Enovia), Siemens TeamCenter, Lockheed Aeronautics systems PDM, AeroSource, ADMS, or CAD DataNet, or legacy systems.- Experience with similar systems or related drawing, model, Bill of Material and note information at any other employer would be acceptable.- Strong customer service and excellent written/verbal communication skills.- A strong desire to coach and lead other engineers.- Must be a US Citizen or legally authorized to work in US as a permanent resident.- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university and appropriate relevant experience.Desired SkillsBachelor’s degree in engineering or computer sciences and an appropriate amount of relevant experience.Experience in any one or more of the following is desired:- Aircraft or aircraft-related system design experience- Design support or design verification experience- CAD system use or system management - Siemens NX and/or TeamCenter (or as part of the Siemens Xcelerator suite) preferred- Project management experience- Familiarity with one or more database systems or reporting systems such as DB2, Oracle, eQube, Tableau or similar systems- Experience using SAP, ALIS, or other Supply Chain, Sustainment, Production Operations or Business Systems used by LM AeroPay InformationFull-Time Salary Range: $104900.00 - $194700.00At Lockheed Martin, we know mission success starts with taking care of our people.
