We're hiring a licensed therapist to join our Morgantown team — an established office with a steady stream of referrals, a real admin function, and a leadership team that knows what it costs a clinician to do this work well. Intake is handled by a trained coordinator. Your schedule fills because referrals come in, not because you're posting on Psychology Today and crossing your fingers. A hybrid schedule. The ability to be in office some days and remote others. Admin that actually works. Credentialing, billing, scheduling, AR — handled by people whose job it is. Critical in a fee-split model: our billing actually collects. You see clients. We handle the rest. Clinical consultation and peer development — not just "training videos." Real cases, real conversations. Who we're looking for Independently licensed in West Virginia ( LCMHC, LCSW, LMFT , or equivalent) [2+] years of post-licensure clinical experience preferred (strong newly-licensed candidates considered) Evidence-based, trauma-informed clinical orientation Comfortable working with adults / adolescents / couples / families Specialty areas we're prioritizing: anxiety, depression, trauma, ADHD, life transitions You return messages. You document on time. You treat colleagues like adults. What you'll do Carry a sustainable caseload of approximately [20–25] sessions per week Conduct intakes, treatment planning, and ongoing therapy Collaborate with our clinical team on complex cases Help shape how we grow in the Triangle market What we don't do We don't run a 1099 shop with a "W2-lite" wrapper. You're a real W2 employee. We don't hide the billing. You see what you earned, what was collected, and when you're paid. Twice a month, on a clear cycle, no surprises. We don't bury you in unpaid admin. When you're paid on collections, admin support matters more, not less. We don't expect 35+ sessions a week. That's how good clinicians end up gone in 18 months.
