I opened my agency in 2026 and am excited to build a growing team from the ground up. Before becoming a State Farm agent, I worked as a team member, where I developed a passion for helping customers and building lasting relationships. I'm a graduate of the University of Arkansas, grew up in the Ozarks, and enjoy running, exercising, spending time outdoors, and following sports. As a new agency, I'm looking forward to becoming actively involved in the community and building strong relationships with the people and organizations we serve. ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As an Account Associate for Luke Hanson - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You help grow our office through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage customer accounts and update information in the database.
- Assist customers with policy changes and inquiries.
- Process insurance claims and follow up with customers on claim status.
- Coordinate with underwriters to ensure timely policy issuance.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Previous experience in insurance or a related field preferred.
